Frequently Asked Questions

My code says contact merchant for license.

This means our Instant Delivery system ran out of licenses and we need to add more. We will add some shortly and fulfill your order as soon as possible.

My code is coming up invalid.

Make sure to check the product listing and/or your order email in case your code is not redeeming yet. Some early release codes won't redeem until closer to the official release date. If that is not the case please send us an email to support@evideoclub.com so we can verify your code. Thank you.

I haven't received my code.

Digital Movie Codes are sent instantly to your e-mail once the payment is processed. Always make sure to check your spam/junk folder in case it ended up there. If you still can't find it, it is possible there is a typo in your e-mail address. In this case please send us an e-mail to support@evideoclub.com so we can verify your e-mail address and send your order again. Thank you.

How long does it take to get my code?

Once your order is placed and your payment is processed you will receive your code(s) immediately in your e-mail. In some rare cases, such as using a proxy, your order may get flagged and may need to be manually processed by one of our agents. We will work as fast as possible processing your order and it will be fulfilled within 24 hours.

When redeeming my code I get an invalid country message.

All of our codes are from the United States. If you are not in the United States you may need a proxy or an US account at some providers to redeem. If you are inside the US then make sure that you are not behind a proxy as this may be the case for the invalid country message.

My movie is not transferring to my other UltraViolet providers.

Sometimes it may take up to 24 hours for a movie to transfer to other providers through UltraViolet if that time has passed and it still doesn't transfer we recommend you contact VUDU or the provider used for redemption as rare times it is an ALID issue which only they can fix.

How do I use discount codes?

You can use codes at the checkout page. Right before you enter the payment information there is a box to enter your code. You can find the box above the total for your order.

How do I redeem an iTunes Needs Disc Code or iTunes XML Code?

This is an older type of code from the beginning of digital copy codes. It will require you to redeem at iTunes. A tutorial can be found at HERE it has pictures and full explanation of how to redeem. I already made a video as well and am in the editing process before I post it. Redeeming is very easy, if you don't have an iTunes account you will need to create one and if you haven't already you need to go to www.disneymoviesanywhere.com and link your iTunes account so when you redeem your movie transfers to VUDU, Google Play and other providers. Do I need to make an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to make a purchase. We still recommend making an account since it will save your information for future purchases and you will receive eVideoClub Rewards points you can redeem for prizes.

An item in my cart disappeared when I clicked on check out.

This means this item sold out and it is no longer available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What is the resolution I can watch when I redeem a code from your website?

We label our codes as HD or SD for your convenience. HD codes will provide 1080p resolution and SD codes 480p resolution. Some providers such as VUDU will show HDX in 1080p, HD in 720p and SD in 480p. HDX is a term only VUDU uses, when you redeem an HD code you get 1080p.
